The event is indoors with an outdoor space for seating, food traders and pop up bars.

The event runs from 07:00pm until 03:00am .

-Bars will close at 02:30am
-Food at 02:45am

The music concludes at 03:00am.

For a quick and easy journey to and from the event Site, Happy Bus are running a shuttle bus service taking you directly from the city centre (Melville Street) to The Royal Highland Centre (North Car Park).

Buses pick up between 6:30pm and 9:30pm from Melville Street, with the return service operating between 1am and 4am.

We encourage people to use public transport for getting to the event.

There will be limited charged parking available in the venue's North Carpark.

Cars cannot be left in the car park overnight and may be removed.

Happy Bus are providing return travel from across Scotland.

Photographic ID will be required for entry.

The only forms of ID that are accepted to ensure festival entry are;

-Valid Provisional Driving Licence

-Valid Full Driving Licence

-Valid Passport.

You may need an additional form of ID (e.g. bank card) to prove your identify if your ID does not appear to be valid.

There is no dress code.

Please bring suitable clothing as it may be cold when you leave.

There are NO cash machines on site. The full event is cashless. You will need a debit/credit card.

Small bags only. No larger than an A4 size bag. All bags will be searched upon entry.

You can NOT bring your own alcohol onsite. We have several bars on site.

Yes there is a cloakroom on site located in the outdoor courtyard.

You can smoke/vape in outside areas. Cigarettes will be sold at the event via the main bar inside.

A seated food court will provide an excellent choice of local food traders.

gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options available.

All lost property will be given to Police Scotland one week following the event.

There are toilets inside the venue and port-a-loos located outdoors at the venue.

Accessible toilets can be found inside the venue. Please ask staff if you need any assistance.

There is No re-entry. This is for event and customer safety reasons.

Designated disabled parking spaces are available to customers within the North Car Park. Flat and hard-standing routes link the car park to the Lowland Hall and Central Hall. The route and entrance to the Halls are fully accessible & wheelchair friendly.

There are accessible toilet facilities available along the Eastern Wall and within the West foyer of the Lowland Hall. A newly installed adult changing place is available to customers who request this facility in the adjacent Highland Hall.

In line with Scottish Government legislation, Face masks are no longer required at outdoor or indoors events.

Vaccine Passports are no longer in use and are NOT REQUIRED at the event.

A dedicated medical and welfare area shall be in operation within the event site. Please seek assistance from security stewards if you feel un-well to take you to our medical + welfare areas.
